3e Restoration, Inc. is dedicated to breaking the cycle of social displacement and poverty through gracious hospitality and systemic change. Their mission is to equip and encourage communities to empower neighbors experiencing traumagenic situations toward resilience. Their approach emphasizes collaboration, restorative justice, and compassionate engagement to foster holistic sufficiency and resilience among those they serve.

Williamsburg Community Chapel ( Agape)
Williamsburg Community Chapel is an interdenominational family of faith committed to making disciples of Jesus Christ. Their mission involves meeting individuals wherever they are on their spiritual journey, immersing them in God's Word, and equipping believers for service to promote unity and maturity within the Body of Christ.
The Chapel offers a variety of ministries and community support catering to different groups and needs.

City of Williamsburg
The Williamsburg Department of Human Services offers a comprehensive range of programs to support city residents facing financial, social, educational, health, and emotional challenges. York-Poquoson Social Services offers a range of programs to assist residents facing financial, social, educational, health, and emotional challenges. Colonial Behavioral Health
Colonial Behavioral Health (CBH) offers a Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) program designed to assist adults with serious mental illness in securing stable, independent housing. The PSH team provides services such as identifying affordable housing options, assisting with apartment applications, and developing personalized housing plans.

United Way
United Way of the Virginia Peninsula (UWVP) is dedicated to enhancing education, health, and financial stability within the community. To support individuals facing homelessness or housing instability, UWVP has established the Community Assistance Network (CAN). This robust coalition of diverse community partners collaborates to provide direct assistance and referrals, aiming to keep neighbors housed, healthy, and thriving. CAN connects those in need with critical programs and services designed to break the cycle of poverty and prevent homelessness.

Williamsburg Home First program
The Home First Williamsburg program is a partnership between City of Williamsburg Department of Human Services, 3e Restoration, Inc, and Bacon Street Youth & Family Services. The goal of this program is to address the social, emotional, physical and cognitive needs of a participating family and to assist in removing barriers toward sustainable permanent housing. Home First is a time-limited, trauma-responsive program. The amount of housing assistance and other resources are based upon the program participant's needs and goals.

Footprints Youth Housing Collaborative program
The Footprints Collaborative is a community initiative supporting houseless unaccompanied youth who lack family support and do not qualify for existing programs. Partnering with 3e Restoration, York County Housing, The Village Initiative, Bacon Street Youth & Family Services, and Inner Peace Coalition, it follows a housing-first approach, providing stable housing without conditions. The program offers mental health services, substance use counseling (if needed), educational support, professional mentorship, and job readiness training, ensuring a comprehensive path to stability and independence.

Greater Virginia Peninsula Homeless Consortium
Greater Virginia Peninsula Homelessness Coalition is a coalition of organizations dedicated to addressing and preventing homelessness in the Greater Virginia Peninsula region. They collaborate to provide resources, support services, and advocacy aimed at assisting individuals and families experiencing homelessness, striving to create sustainable solutions and improve community well-being.

Faith Walkers
​FaithWalkers is a Williamsburg-based non-profit organization dedicated to reducing recidivism by assisting individuals transitioning from incarceration back into society. They offer mentorship, skill-building programs, and community engagement initiatives to support both adults and youth in overcoming barriers and building brighter futures. Bacon Street Youth and Family Services
Bacon Street Youth and Family Services is a nonprofit dedicated to promoting healthier families and more resilient youth in the Williamsburg area. They provide mental health counseling, substance use counseling, and prevention programs for youth and young adults aged 10 to 26. They also offer shelter to those facing homelessness through the Winter Sheltering Program and honor those lost to homelessness during National Homeless Persons' Memorial Day. James City County Police Department
The James City County Police Department supports the community in crisis through programs like CONECT, a collaboration with the Fire Department that connects citizens with essential resources to address their needs.
