We are more than just a hotel. The Pineapple Inn & Housing Center is a short term stay housing facility for international students and precariously housed people in the community. We offer hope, hospitality, and resources in a clean and safe environment for everyone who walks through our doors. Whether you're a student seeking temporary accommodation or someone in need of a safe space, we are here to provide support and comfort during your stay.
ROOM ACCOMODATIONS
Exceptional Quality
Fridge and Microwave
Every room is equipped with a fridge and microwave for your convenience. Please note that while some rooms feature full-sized fridges, others do not. Unfortunately, requests for a full-sized fridge cannot be accommodated. Enjoy your stay!
Cable TV & Wifi
Each room is equipped with cable TV for your entertainment, and we offer complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the premises. Upon check-in, you'll receive a personalized Wi-Fi code that will keep you connected during your stay. Enjoy your time with us!
Pool
Welcome to our pool, where you can beat the heat and enjoy a refreshing swim all summer long! Open during the day, our pool is the perfect spot for relaxation and fun. Come and make the most of the sunny days with family and friends!
Housekeeping
Housekeeping services are provided bi-weekly for hotel-owned towels and linens. Please note that personal items will not be washed, and linens should be placed outside your room on your designated laundry day by 10 AM. Housekeeping will perform a light cleaning; however, they will not wash dishes or clean up personal messes. It is your responsibility to maintain a clean and tidy room.
On-Call Security
We understand that emergencies can occur at any time. That's why we provide an on-call security number for those inconvenient moments when you find yourself locked out or in need of assistance after hours. Please keep in mind that for nonergency situations, response times may vary and are at the discretion of our security staff and management. Our team is dedicated to ensuring you have a safe enjoyable experience at The Pineapple.
Beds
We offer a unique accommodation experience with rooms designed to comfortably host groups. Most of our rooms feature either three or four Full XL beds, including adult-friendly bunk beds. Please note that assignments are made based your needs and our’s discretion to ensure best experience for all guests.

Welcome to our accommodations! Please note that we offer weekly and monthly stays only, and we encourage you to reach out via phone, email, or in person for inquiries about rates and availability. You can also fill out our housing inquiry form for more information. During the summer months, availability may be limited.
NO ANIMALS & SMOKE FREE ROOMS
Welcome to our property! Please note that we do not allow any animals including emotional support animals, on the premises. We kindly ask that all smoking be done outside of your rooms. Violations of these rules may result in a fine or removal from the property. Thank you for your understanding!
