Pineapple Inn and Housing Center - Rules and Policies
Guests who are not registered at the property are not permitted on the property or in a guest room without securing a guest pass from the front desk. Any un-registered guest shall be considered a trespasser and face trespassing charges.
The pool is open to registered hotel guests and only during warm weather. Swimming is at the guest's own risk.
Tampering with any equipment on the property such as, ice machines, fire alarms, cooking or laundry equipment, Internet access or equipment, TV or audio visual equipment, door locks, or any other hotel property is prohibited.
Guests shall be courteous to other guests, management, and staff at all times.
Loud noise after 10PM or before 10AM is unacceptable. Rowdy behavior is unacceptable.
We reserve the right to inspect rooms as well as enter rooms to clean and perform maintenance.
The maximum number of room occupants is 4 with an additional 2 guests allowed to visit between the hours of 10 a.m. and 10 p.m.
Grilling may only be done in the designated Grill Area.
No pets are allowed.
No smoking is allowed in a room designated non-smoking. Cigarette butts are to be disposed of in designated areas only.
In room microwaves are available for a small fee.
Repairing automobiles on the property is prohibited.
Violating any local, state or federal law is prohibited.
No firearms or any other weapons are allowed on the property.
Use of wireless or shared Internet access or computer equipment has additional acceptable use policies.
Violating any of these rules or policies is cause for removal and/or suspension of access to common areas or eviction from the property and possible forfeiture of any money on account. Violators may also be subject to legal action and may be required to pay for any damages and/or legal fees.
Rates are guaranteed once a reservation is made, but are otherwise subject to change.
